Today primarily the whole podcast is gonna be
talking to Mike Michalowicz. He is the author of a number of books.
He's got about six books out. He's most recent book is "Fix This
Next", we'll be talking to him about that in our conversation.
He's most well known for a book called "Profit First". It's such a
powerful book, that we've Builders Business Blackbelt, the Profit
First System, is a requirement.
It is one of the most profound processes to implement into any
business, not just the building business, and the turnarounds I've
seen from a financial point of view have been amazing.
Mike is an amazing guy, he's incredibly helpful, he's incredibly
knowledgeable. And I just love it when I get the chance to hang out
with him and have a chat with him.
